Customer Review: Immeasurable Pleasures of the 90s

This is one of the best games ever produced. It is the Tecmo Bowl of basketball. While Jordan and Shaq aren't on the game, there is a mass of future NBA Hall of Famers like Ewing, Dominique, Pippen, Hakeem "The Dream", Stockton, Malone, Reggie Miller and the like. It's also fun to go back in the time machine to play as some of the infamous ballers of the 1990s like Penny, Shawn Bradley, Mugsy Bogues, Spud Webb, Vladi Divac, Derrick Coleman or John Starks. There are just unforgettable characters, that recall a different era in NBA basketball.
But that doesn't even speak of the actual game play. High flying dunks and shot blocking at the core to winning games. It's fast paced, high scoring, up tempo basketball would make Don Nelson proud. But try to play 1 minute while "On Fire" and try to walk away from the game. It's impossible. The game is sheer brilliance in the limitations of the gaming systems at the time. Two-player full-court basketball has never been such a good time.
Unlock secret players including Bill Clinton, The Bulls Mascot and Larry Bird. Or go straight up with your favorite team and attempt to take on the opposing teams from the 1993 season.
