Customer Review: Fun point-and-click puzzle game!
Summary: 5 Stars

I LOVE THIS GAME. Even when I was stumped I was saying this was a great game. "Puzzly-adventure" games have always been fun, but until recently were relegated to PCs. If you know what you're doing in this game, this will be an easier venture. If you're used to the old "point-and-click PC adventure" games, this will be a shorter venture. Each stage isn't large; however this helps to greatly reduce backtracking between locations and items. "Zack & Wiki" makes wonderful use of the Wiimote and entertains with its colorful and imaginative worlds and levels...all in a "cartoony" visual style.

The puzzles DO get difficult, but there is an in-game hint system that can be employed to remove any fear of being hopelessly stuck at some point. Point-and-click puzzle games may not be your thing. This targets somewhat of a niche market, but luckily, I'm in that niche. This game is great!

(In this game there is no sex, no guns, no gore, no real "violence" to speak of.)

Customer Review: Wow, finally a great family game!
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased this game because I thought it looked interesting and different. It turned out to be an OUTSTANDING hit with my entire family! We found ourselves playing together for a few hours per night until the entire game was solved, which was no easy task by the way. The parents did most of the controlling, and the kids shouted and cheered us on, and learned the intricacies of each level since they were played at least 5 times each before being passed. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the characters in the game, and are crossing our fingers for a future version of the game. When we finally passed the game we were all relieved, but a couple days later found ourselves yearning for more. It's been a while since such a good family-wide game presented itself and caused us to spend lots of quality time together. Zack and Wiki rules!

Customer Review: Great game but may be a little to hard for some
Summary: 5 Stars

So I bought this game for myself when it was suggested to me by amazon, go figure amazon knows me really really after reading really wonderful reviews I just knew I had to get it.

I started playing this game my b/f was watching me. The first couple of levels are pretty easy and really fun... but then... it got super hard. My b/f figured out a lot of the puzzles for me... and he kind of "took over" playing for me, if you know what I mean. ;-) But it was actually fun to watch him play too.

Also if you have another wii remote you can use it to point at things if you are bouncing ideas off of each other with the person you actually playing with, it was annoying to not be able to do anything with the second remote but then it became really useful to point on the harder levels.

The last few puzzle levels are quiet the doozy. I had to look up the answer and hint at my b/f what he should do next because he's one of those people that doesn't like to "cheat" but he's perfectly fine with me cheating for him. ;-)

We played it causally and it took us about 1.5 months to beat it, but then it took us another 2 months to go back through the levels and get the other treasure.

All in all it was a really fun game to play and I highly recommend it, thought it was a little too tough for me, it was fun to watch my b/f play and figure out the puzzle with me helping him on the side lines.

Customer Review: Very challenging, great gameplay!
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this game based on the great reviews it has received and I was not disappointed! The game is so challenging that I find myself relying on internet cheat sites b/c I'm too impatient to figure stuff out on my own! My 9YO is too scared to try to play it on her own (I think it would be too challenging for her) but she begs me to play so she can watch me. Overall a great game and a good investment...highly recommended.

Customer Review: I want a sequel!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

I LOVED this game. I love puzzle games anyway, but this one was so much more fun than other puzzle games. The story element was engaging and the characters fun to play.

My only complaint is that on some levels they give you directions on how to pull every lever, even when they were identical. That got annoying. I think we realize that if we have to pull down like a bell rope, we would know to do that throughout the game without having to be reminded every time.

That being said, it's a minor annoyance and easily put up with because the game is so much fun otherwise!
