I got this game for the wii and it is outstanding! I've played many other pinball video games before and they all feel & play closer to video games than the actual pinball machines I grew up with. This game is very close to the real thing and with the wii version, its very natural to add table bumps....just watch out for the TILT.
The machines included on the game are exact copies of classic Williams games that run the gambit from very simple early machines to more recent machines (skill shots, multi-ball, etc) The tournament and challenge modes also add a lot of solid game play excitement beyond just "playing pinball".
If you like to play real pinball and dropped a lot of spare change into these machines during the 80's, you'll definitely like this game. I highly recommend the wii version since the controls and table bumping are almost exactly like the real thing.

you have to be really into playing pinball machines to enjoy this game. I have found it amusing for a while but tired of it quickly as the machines are very difficult to get decent scores on. I discovered this gem of a game January 2009! I didn't know this game existed for the Wii. Stores never had it in stock, and I never heard/seen any advertising done for this game from Nintendo. I found it by searching pinball online.
I felt like I was back in the arcades again, without the smokey atmosphere! I remember plying these games back in the day! When I played Fun House for the first time it made me smile!
This game is such a great Pinball game. Put those emulators to rest! The physics of the ball, photo realistic tables, and the old school sounds. This game is a must for any Pinball player, or gamer.
Game is fun for all ages! I hope that this game continues to be discovered and sales keep rising! I would love to see another pinball game by this company, especially if it included the Adam's Family, Twilight Zone, or Getaway tables. I'm sure sales would be higher for a Bally table game for the Wii.
I'm crossing my fingers that another Crave/Far sight studios pinball game is being developed for the Wii. I hope it isn't a UK Gottlieb port as the tables are not as popular.
It's a rare find to find a real pinball machine nowadays. And even if you do it is usually $2000-$6000 for a machine. This is the next best that you can have to owning some classic tables.
Too much focus is being spent on crazy over the top graphics these days for gaming systems for games that do not offer the same value or longevity of play. What ever happened to simple entertainment? Oh wait I found it Williams Pinball Hall of Fame!!
If you ever remotely liked pinball or was a Pinball fan this game is a definite must have purchase.
PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER PINABLL GAME!! AND INCLUDE THE ADEAMS FAMILY TABLE.

My husband was a big pinball fan, back in the day. He says these games are very realistic to the originals and really enjoys playing.
