This is an excellent game. What you lose in graphics (vs. the Xbox360, etc.) is more than made up for w/ gameplay. A lot of long playability in this game, just stand up and swing. Good, accurate control. Very challenging at first, gets better as you build up your player. Tons of game modes - highly recommended. I held off on getting Tiger Woods 9 for the Wii because I had heard that the putting was really bad and unrealistic. When I heard about the new Motion Plus attachment for the Wii Remote, and that the new Tiger Woods 10 was utilizing that new technology, I immediately bought it.
I have not been disappointed. This game is awesome!
I have had several golf games on my computers in the past. This is the best golf game that I have played. The Motion Plus attachment really makes the golf swing realistic, and putting on this game is amazing. Just tap it to make the ball go a foot or two, and really give it a whack to send it rolling 60 feet or more. It's very realistic.
The game modes are great. You can play as Tiger, or create your own golfer, start as an amateur, and make your way up the ranks.
This game even has disc (frisbee) golf, which is a lot of fun, and my kids really enjoy that. I would highly recommend this game. Just make sure you get it with the Motion Plus attachment.

Highly recommend this game if you have enjoyed the previous ones or have thought them lacking-great graphics + Motion Plus that makes the game so much more realistic. If you set your Wii up to be online, you can get realtime weather conditions and play friends remotely. 10 has more courses including Bethpage Black. When I bought my game, they were bundling a Motion Plus sensor(with extended silicon jacket) for a very good price.You can't go wrong buying this bundle!Customer Review: Fun for all ages

I have never played golf on a game console before but with the wii motion plus decided to give it a try. You have the ability with this game that a six year old could probably shot an incredible score. With the all play shotting machinism you can see exactly where the ball is going to land, how far it is going to bounce and roll therefore knowing exactly where the ball will end up at the end of the shot. The putting is a little different because you can give it to much or to little power but prior to the green I have not seen that as an issue. My spouse has never played real golf and she enjoys this game. We play with one normal remote and one with the motion plus. I have only played 9 holes on a golf course and I believe the game is very realistic. Someone that plays golf on golf course might take a different view of it. With this version if you are connected to the internet you can even play with actual course conditions for the course you want to play.Customer Review: Loving the Tiger

Me, my wife and two sons have been playing this game a lot since I purchased it a few weeks ago. I haven't played with the Motion Plus yet because I didn't want to have an advantage...or disadvantage as the case may be. However, the game itself has been challenging and fun. It actually was somewhat difficult to become reasonably proficient with the precision putting but all of us have improved enough to be competitive playing skins. We've played all the courses and there is enough variety and challenge to keep us all interested. Depending on the time, we choose a back or front nine...or all 18 holes of a course. The various players have skills in different areas, so it's pretty easy to pick ones that even up the contest. If someone's a weaker player than another, let them be Super Tiger to give them an edge in distance or accuracy. All in all, we are having a great time and highly recommend the game. Stick with it through the learning curve on the precision putting and you'll find it enjoyable.
