I've used this cable and there is a difference in quality when compared to the standard cables. I liked it so much that I just ordered one. I can't believe that I had a Wii for over a year without this cable!
Please don't let some of these reviews fool you. "Monster" brand is not 1/2 the price of this cable. In fact, it is way over priced for the job that it does. A generic product runs the risk of not working properly or being supported by Nintendo. There's no rule saying a cable needs to be "double isulated" or thick or even have gold plated RGB(a.k.a. tips). These statements are usually selling ploys used at places like Best Buy to get you to buy the higher mark up product (like "Monster"). This name brand cable is from the manufacturer of the system it's made for and is fully supported. It's the best option if you're looking to increase your picture quality and have a TV that will support it.
