Customer Review: Order it from Nintendo!
Summary: 4 Stars

I came to amazon to order a new Wii sports game and quickly decided to research cheaper prices elsewhere. If you call and order it through Nintendo you can get a replacement game for $15 plus $5 shipping. Don't waste your time here, order directly from the company! Not only is it less costly, it is way more reliable. Just thought I'd pass on the information because I was having a difficult time finding this game at a good price.

Customer Review: Best introduction to the Wii system
Summary: 5 Stars

We heard plenty about the console over the last few years and this was the year we finally pulled the trigger and got it for the kids (four kids, from 11 to 4). We bought the Wii Sports kit and got enough extra controllers so they could all play simultaneously. I'd seen pictures of it and knew the graphics weren't HD or couldn't compare to other consoles like PS3 and XBOX 360, but frankly we were interested in the interraction, not the graphics.

The kids love all of the games except golf, which is because they don't know how to play real golf. It is very intuitive, great fun, and a real value in terms of family time and fun. The 4 year old usually wins his serves and has even bowled 2 strikes. They've all made multiple Mii's and would play all day if we let them. It has built in wireless too, which made the internet hookup a breeze.

I'm very glad we finally decided to get the Wii. It's everything the reviews say it is. My brother's son has the 360 and the graphics are stunning, but it's the same joystick based, couch potato interface that video games usually are. We enjoy the physical aspect of the Wii.

If you're playing on a larger HDTV (ours is 52") I definitely recommend the component cable upgrade. It sharpens the picture but more importantly improves pointer lag. Overall 5 stars, the best console I've ever had. (Had Pong, Atari, Intellivision, NES, Super NES, PS, and PS2 previously). Wii Sports is the best possible game Nintendo could have included with the system. It is the quintessential Wii experience.

Customer Review: Not bad for our first game
Summary: 3 Stars

We just got the Wii for Christmas, and it came with the Wii sports game. The bad thing is that since the Wii only comes with one controller, the only game you can play in the Wii Sports for two people and one controller is bowling. We also enjoyed doing the Wii fitness part, but again, had to take turns. My sweetheart likes the boxing thing, but we weren't terribly impressed with the tennis. The baseball game again is fine, but if you only have one controller, only one person can play at a time. Neither one of us are into golf so I can't rate that one at all. Overall, it's not bad since it comes with the system, but you definitely need one controller per person to be able to get the most out of it.

Customer Review: Awesome game
Summary: 5 Stars

This game will definitely leave you hurting and burning calories. I played this game for hours and actually ended up losing weight. You will definitely be sore from the tennis boxing and baseball if you play those often. Great buy
