I have been using the wii for about 8 months and was looking for something more challenging. Several other wii workouts had poor integration between the wii and the workout. Since Cardio Workout allows you to use two remotes, integration is excellent. The boxing is an incredible workout, and a lot of fun. The other exercises are pretty lame, but the boxing is first rate. I find myself anxious for the next workout, which is no small feat for a 57 year old. Buy it, you'll love it.Customer Review: Enjoyable cardio workout

My husband and I have been using this cardio workout for one week. We are enjoying the use of two wii wand remotes instead of having to use the nunchuck. The hits are much more accurate along with the timing. This is really important in this workout! It is all about timing and correct aim of the punch.
As with any video workout, you go through creating your online profile and then learning the basics. There are three settings for surroundings during each workout: seaside, gym or forest. Doesn't change the workout, but it is nice to have options.
The workouts do become more intense as you move through the levels. There are a la carte or premade workouts.
I have found that in addition to getting my heart rate up, I am also working my arms, back, waist and lower body! I have been sore all over from using this program, yet I keep going back day after day.
This is an enjoyable and viable workout! There is enough diversity along the way to keep me interested. I can even use the balance board for some of the exercises if I choose to do so, but so far I haven't tried that option.

This "game" gives a great workout as it teaches boxing moves. The different instructors, levels, and lessons that get unlocked as you go keep it fresh & interesting. Love this! I hope Gold's Gym comes out with a kick boxing workout soon.
